This zinc-plated mild steel L-Arm from Miller Industries fits either the driver or passenger side of the wheel lift on Century, Champion, Holmes, and Vulcan car carriers. Also known as a tire restraint or wheel retainer, this adjustable L-Arm slides into the outer cross tube to provide secure tire support during towing and transport.
