Returns Policy

We try our best to fill orders promptly and correctly, and we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing orders when received to identify damaged or missing items. Any such errors need to be reported to us within 2 business days of delivery.  Products returnable for credit must be returned within 30 days.  You may request a return authorization by calling us or by filling out the Product Return Form. To be eligible for credit, the items must be unused in salable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.

Special order parts, discontinued items, electronic parts, customized apparel, custom-made products/accessories and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Warranties:

In some cases, parts and accessories sold by New England Truckmaster have a manufacturers' warranty associated with them. All such warranties are between the manufacturer and the purchaser. If you need assistance in obtaining your part or accessory manufacturer warranty, you may contact our Customer Service Department at 203-772-1217. New England Truckmaster MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
